For newsletters
Send your newsletter from a platform hosted in the EU
Import your subscribers, segment them, write and schedule campaigns, and let unsubscribes, bounces and complaints take care of themselves.
Everything a newsletter needs
Lists and CSV import
Keep subscribers in lists, import them from CSV and export them again, from the dashboard or the API.
Segments
Combine conditions with AND and OR on fields such as status, source, company and engagement, and preview who matches before you send.
Campaigns
HTML with a plain-text version and preview text, personalisation tags, send now or schedule, and pause, resume or cancel while it sends.
Welcome series
Start a sequence of emails, waits and conditions when someone joins a list.
Campaign reports
Deliveries, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes for each campaign, with link-level click detail when tracking is on.
One-click unsubscribe
Every campaign carries a List-Unsubscribe header with one-click unsubscribe under RFC 8058, as large mailbox providers ask of bulk senders.
Consent: what MailLand does and does not do
Plainly, so you can plan your sign-up flow.
No double opt-in today
MailLand has no double opt-in flow: nothing sends a confirmation email when someone subscribes. If you need confirmed opt-in, send the confirmation from your own sign-up flow before you add the subscriber.
No hosted sign-up form
MailLand has no sign-up form to embed. Add subscribers from your own form through the API, or import them as CSV.
Consent records are kept, not acted on
You can store how and when a subscriber opted in on their profile. MailLand keeps it as a record; it does not start any workflow from it.
Opt-outs stay opted out
Unsubscribes, hard bounces and spam complaints are suppressed automatically. Deleting a subscriber keeps the opt-out, so a later import does not subscribe them again.
A note on open rates
Opens are an upper limit
Apple Mail Privacy Protection and security scanners open messages automatically, and MailLand does not filter them out today. Compare clicks and unsubscribes too before you judge a campaign.
Imports start welcome series
An import enrols every new subscriber in an active welcome automation for that list, just as a single sign-up does. Check your automations before a large import.
Questions from newsletter senders
Can I send a campaign right after signing up?
Not straight away. Creating and sending campaigns needs a business-verified account. You can import your subscribers in the meantime.
Do you support double opt-in?
No, not today. Send the confirmation email from your own sign-up flow, for example through the transactional API, and add the subscriber once they confirm.
Can I bring my list from another provider?
Yes, as a CSV file. Columns are read by position: email, first name, last name, plus an optional birthday column read by its header.
Is there a drag-and-drop editor?
No. You write a campaign in HTML with a plain-text version, or start from a saved template.
How is a newsletter priced?
By the number of emails you send each month. The Free plan includes 1,000; the pricing page lists every plan.
