For agencies
Run your clients' email from one login
Give each client a separate MailLand account with its own domains, keys, billing and suppression list, switch between them from the account menu, and invite the client's own staff with the role that fits.
One account per client
A separate account for each client
Each client account has its own plan and billing, domains, API keys, suppression list and sending limits. One client's bounces never end up on another client's suppression list.
One login, quick switching
Create client accounts from the account menu in the dashboard and switch between them. An API key belongs to one account, so each integration reaches only its own client.
Roles for your team and theirs
Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer, set per account. Give a client Viewer access to follow results without changing anything.
Inside a client account
Workspaces to organise
Group a client's resources into workspaces, for example one per brand or project, each with its own members.
Workspaces are not clients
Workspaces share their account's billing, suppression list and limits. For a different client, create a different account.
Audit log
See who changed what in each account, search the history, and export it as CSV or JSON.
Single sign-on
Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or any OpenID Connect provider, on every plan. SAML is not supported yet.
What we do not offer yet
So you can tell your clients exactly what to expect.
No white-label
The dashboard, the docs and the emails MailLand itself sends carry the MailLand name, and they cannot be rebranded for your clients.
No agency billing
Each client account is billed on its own plan. There is no agency or reseller plan and no combined invoice.
Every new account starts in sandbox
A new client account sends only to its own allow-list until it is verified, and each of its domains needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Questions from agencies
Can my client log in too?
Yes. Invite them to their account with the role you choose. Each account has up to 10 team members on Free and Pro, and no limit on Max.
Can I white-label MailLand?
No, not today. Your clients will see the MailLand name in the dashboard and in the emails MailLand sends them.
Our clients' sites run on WordPress or other CMSs. Does that work?
Any system that supports a custom SMTP server on port 587 with STARTTLS can send through smtp.mail.land, using an SMTP-enabled key from that client's account. There is no MailLand plugin.
Why not put every client in one account?
Because clients in one account share its suppression list, sending limits and billing. A separate account keeps each client's data and limits to itself.
