Frequently asked questions

Can I move my transactional email from Brevo to Mail.Land?

Yes. For SMTP, change the host to smtp.mail.land on port 587 and use a Mail.Land API key as the password. For the API, sender becomes from, params become variables, and htmlContent and textContent keep their names.

Do Brevo templates work in Mail.Land?

Not directly. Brevo writes values as {{ params.name }} and supports conditions; Mail.Land uses plain {{name}} placeholders with no conditions or loops. Recreate each template and test it before you switch.

What about my blocked contacts?

Export them from Brevo and import them into Mail.Land before your first send: hard bounces as HardBounce, spam reports as Complaint and unsubscribes as Unsubscribe.
