Seven languages, end to end

  • The dashboard

    The customer dashboard is translated into all seven languages, and you can switch language at any time.

  • Right to left, done properly

    Persian and Arabic use a right-to-left layout. Dates follow the Solar Hijri calendar in Persian and the Hijri calendar in Arabic.

  • The documentation

    Guides and API pages are available in the same seven languages, with the same code examples in every language.

  • The legal texts

    The Terms, the Privacy Policy, the DPA and the other legal documents are published in all seven languages. The English version governs.

Your emails, in the languages you write

  • You write, we send

    MailLand does not translate your content. Keep one template per language and choose the right one for each send.

  • One list per language

    For newsletters, keep a list for each language and send each campaign to its list. Segments cannot filter on custom fields today, so a language field alone will not split your audience.

  • Right-to-left emails

    For Persian or Arabic mail, set dir="rtl" in your own HTML. MailLand sends the layout you designed.

System emails: where we are

The emails MailLand itself sends you, such as sign-up confirmation, password reset and team invitations.

  • English today

    System emails are sent in English today, whatever language your dashboard uses.

  • Translations written, not yet switched on

    Translations into all seven languages are written and under review. Once they are switched on, each user will get system emails in the language saved for their account, with English as the fallback. There is no date yet.

Which languages does MailLand support?

English, Persian, Arabic, German, Spanish, French and Turkish, in the dashboard, the documentation, this website and the legal texts.

Will my team get system emails in Persian or Turkish?

Not yet. System emails are in English today. The translations are written and will be switched on after review; there is no date yet.

Does MailLand translate my emails?

No. You write the content of your emails in each language you need; MailLand sends what you wrote.

Can each team member use a different language?

Yes. Each person chooses the dashboard language for themselves, so everyone can work in their own language.
