Names you configure

Every host name and value you paste into DNS or your own configuration, in one place

This page lists every name MailLand asks you to paste into DNS or to set in your own configuration, and every name that appears in the mail you send. Copy them exactly. Names in code style are literal; <your-domain> and <domain-id> stand for your own values.

DNS records for your sending domain

PurposeRecordName or value
SPFTXT at the domain root (@)Include spf.mlnd.net, for example v=spf1 include:spf.mlnd.net ~all
DKIMTXT at mlnd._domainkey.<your-domain>Selector mlnd; the public key comes from DNS setup
DMARCTXT at _dmarc.<your-domain>Reports go to dmarc+<domain-id>@rpt.mail.land (rua=mailto:dmarc+<domain-id>@rpt.mail.land), where <domain-id> is the domain's id in the API
Return-Path (bounces)CNAME at your bounce subdomainbounce.mlnd.net, DNS only (not proxied)
Inbound mailMX at your inbound subdomainmx.mlnd.net, priority 10
Custom trackingCNAME at your tracking subdomaintrack.mlnd.net

Names that appear in your messages

Recipient links (open tracking, click tracking and unsubscribe) use the shared link host go.mailland.link, unless you set up your own tracking domain. MailLand adds a second DKIM signature to every message, with d=tx.mlnd.net for transactional mail (selector tx1) and d=mk.mlnd.net for marketing mail (selector mk1). MailLand publishes those keys itself; there is nothing for you to add.

Webhook source addresses

The IP addresses that MailLand sends webhook requests from are not part of this contract and can change without notice. Do not allow-list them. Verify the X-MLND-Signature header instead: see Signature verification.
